Shipping information
We manage cross-border distribution through the whole process of "Myfreight" APP, and send your ordered goods door-to-door, double clear to the home, and to the receiving address in your country.
Our shipping partner will ask you to sign when you receive the goods (or the signature of an adult you entrust).
Please note that we will not ship to a P.O. Box address. After the goods are delivered to the country, the final delivery service will be completed by the local channel. Please note.
During special holidays, the delivery cycle may be longer. We will try our best to contact you, but if the local delivery fails, we will contact you through the customer service center and deal with it according to the specific situation.

Delivery time
The delivery time depends on your delivery method and the place to be delivered:
We provide three main delivery methods: air transportation, sea transportation and intercontinental railway
Relatively speaking, air transportation is the fastest and the most expensive, followed by intercontinental railways, and sea transportation is the slowest and the cheapest.
From the date of order submission:
Air transportation, 5-7 working days
Railway, 7-10 working days
Shipping, 10-15 working days
